Energy Infrastructure Strategy
Dhanam Prabawa Holdings maintains strategic exposure to closed-end fund strategies invested in energy infrastructure, an asset class that underpins both current energy demand and the accelerating global transition toward low-carbon systems. These holdings are anchored in enterprises that generate, transport, store, and distribute the essential commodities powering the world economy — including electricity, natural gas, refined products, and crude oil — while simultaneously advancing renewable capacity.

Strategy
Energy infrastructure assets are distinctive in their longevity and essentiality. Pipelines, storage facilities, transmission grids, and power generation assets provide durable cash flows supported by long-term demand for energy in all its forms. The fund’s portfolio spans natural gas infrastructure, power infrastructure, liquids infrastructure, and local gas distribution systems, ensuring diversified exposure across the critical backbone of global energy supply chains.
From an ownership perspective, the strategy allocates across common equity, master limited partnerships (MLPs), and select private infrastructure holdings. This diversified capital structure provides both liquidity and access to differentiated return streams, blending listed market exposure with the cash-flow characteristics of private and partnership-based entities.

Our Conviction
The investment objective of this allocation is to achieve a high level of total return with an emphasis on current income. Distributions are underpinned by the stability of midstream contracts, regulated power frameworks, and renewable generation agreements. This emphasis on recurring income is complemented by long-term capital appreciation as energy systems modernize, expand, and adapt to shifting consumption patterns and decarbonization imperatives.
Dhanam’s conviction in this allocation lies in three dimensions. First, the structural need for reliable energy infrastructure ensures that these companies remain indispensable, regardless of commodity price volatility. Second, the sector occupies a pivotal role in the global energy transition, bridging hydrocarbon resilience with renewable expansion. Finally, the income-oriented profile of these assets provides stability and compounding potential within Dhanam’s broader closed-end fund architecture.
Through disciplined ownership of energy infrastructure, Dhanam secures both durable cash flow and participation in the structural re-engineering of global energy systems, reinforcing its philosophy of stewarding capital where essential assets meet long-term economic transformation.
